I highly recommend True Craft!  We had previously taken our truck to a PDR shop to see if it could be fixed with PDR.  That guy worked on it for a short while then said he couldn't fix it.  I appreciated his honesty but I was still wanting to get it fixed with PDR (I have had a bad outcome with paint matching by a shop on another vehicle).  

I found True Craft here on Yelp and sent some pictures of tummy dent.  Jake at True Craft called right away and said he thought it could be fixed but would have to see it up close.  He came and poked at it while it was parked at my wife's place of work.  He called me with an estimate and was very clear about what results to expect (90-95% improvement).  

He came and worked on it at our house when it was convenient for us.  After he finished it was dark out and he kept his work light out to show me the results.  He pointed out the small imperfections that remained.  It looked good but the light really highlighted the minor flaws.  He told me he wouldn't take my payment until I was able to look at it the next day in the daylight and decide if I was satisfied.  I thanked him and said ok.  I was certainly going to pay him but if it didn't look good in the daytime I probably would have asked if he could lower the price.   

I have to say it looks almost like new!  My wife and I were both very happy with the results.  The scratch was the only thing that remained.  No one would ever know there had been a significant dent in the fender.  

I gladly sent him the payment that afternoon.  I appreciate the honesty and great work.  Definitely contact True Craft for an honest, fair quote.

Great work and great prices!  Very detailed oriented. Very patient and made sure all the dents and scratches were fixed properly.  Had a few side door dings, hood dents and a scuff and dent on the tailgate. Fixed up and made to look good again!

What a great experience! I needed my rear bumper repaired as the 'previous owner' got rear ended and it left a big old dent. Jake was so helpful, a really professional and great guy, not to mention a real family man! He explained to me the process he would undertake to repair it, so I understood how it all works, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly efficient and the results were as good as new, if not better!! I no longer drive with the shame. I absolutely recommend going to see him!!!
